How It Works
Call or request a quote and describe what the door is doing - noise, off-track, won't open.
A tech inspects the springs, tracks, opener and panels and gives you a written price first.
Most repairs are done on the same visit; installs are scheduled around you.

Good to Know
It's less about age and more about the specific hardware. A lot of houses built in the 1980s and 90s in the Houston area used torsion spring setups and drum sizes that have since changed, so a door from that build window sometimes needs a part ordered in rather than grabbed off a shelf. We'll tell you at diagnosis if that's your situation.
Yes. We run from close-in areas like Montrose and River Oaks out to West University Place, Bellaire, and the Village communities, and further still to places like Deer Park, Atascocita, and Jersey Village. If you're within roughly 20 miles of central Houston, it's worth a call.
Depends what's making the noise. Dry rollers or a loose track bracket are cheap, quick fixes. A gear set wearing out inside an older opener is a different conversation - sometimes worth replacing the opener rather than patching it, especially if it's already old for its type. We'll look and give you the real comparison.
The area sits in a mild band with only occasional freezes, so we don't see the hard freeze-thaw damage some regions get. What we do see is humidity working on unlubricated cable and rollers over years, plus general wear from heavy summer use of the opener when the whole house wants that door moving a lot.
